Allowed use

Customers may use SteadyPage websites and portal tools for ordinary business website operations, approved content updates, support requests, analytics connections, billing, and plan management.

Prohibited use

Customers must not use SteadyPage for illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful activity.

  • Illegal, deceptive, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harmful activity.
  • Malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, or attack traffic.
  • Attempts to access another customer site, server files, credentials, backups, logs, databases, or internal systems.
  • Uploading secrets, stolen content, regulated data, or content the customer is not allowed to use.
  • Trying to bypass plan limits, file protections, release terms, or browser-only editor restrictions.

Browser-only editor

When a plan includes controlled file access, it is provided through the browser-only editor. Downloading, exporting, scraping, copying deployment packages, or bypassing file protections is outside the permitted use of the plan.

Security response

We may suspend access, block traffic, remove content, rotate credentials, preserve logs, or take other reasonable steps if we believe activity threatens SteadyPage, a customer site, visitors, or the hosting environment.
