How we use it
We use information to review fit, onboard approved customers, rebuild and host websites, respond to support requests, manage billing, connect approved analytics tools, monitor site health, maintain records, and secure the service.
Service providers
We use providers for payment processing, DNS and security, analytics integrations, hosting tools, email or communication, backups, monitoring, and similar business operations. These providers may process information only as needed for their role or as required by law.
Security and retention
We keep information only as long as needed for service, security, legal, billing, backup, and business records. We use access controls, customer-site isolation, encrypted secrets where appropriate, backups, audit logs, and monitoring to reduce risk.
Privacy requests
Customers can send privacy requests through the portal. Public visitors can submit a review request and write "Privacy request" in the notes. We may need to verify the request before changing or deleting account information.
